Authorise Rijschool Actief for your practical driving test or interim test

Would you like Autorijschool Actief to book and schedule your theory test, practical driving test or interim test with the CBR? You first need to authorise us via Mijn CBR.

Authorising your driving school is easy and can be done online. You will need your DigiD to do this.

When should you authorise us?

You can authorise us as soon as you start taking driving lessons with Autorijschool Actief. You do not have to wait until your driving instructor tells you that you are ready for your test.

In fact, it is a good idea to arrange the authorisation in advance. This means that as soon as you and your driving instructor agree that you are ready for your practical driving test or interim test, we can arrange the booking for you.

How to authorise Autorijschool Actief

You can authorise our driving school through the CBR website.

Step 1 – Go to Mijn CBR

Then log in using your DigiD.

Step 2 – Choose the option to authorise a driving school

In Mijn CBR, look for the option to authorise your driving school.

Step 3 – Enter our CBR registration number

Enter the following registration number for Autorijschool Actief: 0003u7

Then check that you have selected Rijschool Actief as your driving school.

Step 4 – Confirm the authorisation

Follow the instructions in Mijn CBR to complete the authorisation.

Once the authorisation has been completed, we can book your practical driving test or interim test when you are ready.

Health Declaration for your practical driving test

Would you like to schedule a practical driving test for a car (category B) or the AVD road test for a motorcycle with the CBR? In addition to authorising Autorijschool Actief, you will also need an approved Health Declaration (Gezondheidsverklaring).

You must complete the Health Declaration yourself online through Mijn CBR. Log in using your DigiD and answer the questions about your health.

How to complete your Health Declaration

Go to:

Log in with your DigiD and select the option to apply for a Gezondheidsverklaring (Health Declaration).

It is important to complete and submit your Health Declaration in good time. The CBR must first process your Health Declaration before your practical driving test can be scheduled.
